You will play a key role in managing and enhancing relationships with investors - crafting investor communications, supporting marketing and capital-raising initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between the fund and its stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain deep insights into the convergence of the digital asset and hedge fund space.
- Maintain the investor database and develop a process to track communications and engagement
- Prepare and distribute regular investor updates, performance reports, and newsletters
- Assist in the development of marketing materials (pitch books, presentations) and provide support during fundraising activities and investor meetings
- Conduct market research and fund analysis to inform outreach strategies
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and due diligence processes for investors
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing), Economics or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, financial services, investment management
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong networking abilities and a passion for building relationships
- Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of financial markets, crypto and investment management is advantageous
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) and good Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Experience engaging institutional clients and investors is advantageous
