Primary Duties:

- Develop and establish the remittance and money exchange business in Singapore.
- Design and implement effective business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set clear, comprehensive goals for performance and business growth.
- Develop policies that promote the company’s culture, vision, and values.
- Visit corporate customers and strategic partners in Singapore to foster relationships.
- Oversee daily company operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
- Create a business plan for the operations of the Money Exchange and Remittance business in Singapore.
- Lead and motivate employees to maximize performance and dedication.
- Evaluate company performance by analyzing data and key metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular business reports to the Regional Head - Asia Pacific.
- Participate in business expansion efforts, identifying and executing growth opportunities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners to enhance business operations.
- Identify new business opportunities in the region and take steps to convert them into profitable ventures.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Regional Head - Asia Pacific.
- All other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
