**Minimum qualifications**:

- 7 years of experience as a visual designer.
- Experienced in establishing UI design patterns and design system.
- Online portfolio demonstrating visual design creativity and design system.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 9 years of experience as a visual designer.
- Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in a product development environment- Experience developing and launching a consumer product or app for multiple device.- Experience designing for mobile apps, with knowledge in Material Design.- Experienced with Figma, including component, style, layer management, and creating scalable design systems.-
- Experience collaborating with cross functional partners (Product, Engineering, and Marketing).

**Responsibilities**:
- Establish a unified design language, set design principles, develop and maintain best practices through documentation and guidelines.-
- Create new UI patterns and continue refining the library for other designs in building compelling experiences for our users.- Oversee and create proposals throughout the design process, including conceptual vision, executive presentations, and final mockups for implementation
- Work closely with user research, product management, and engineering throughout the entire product development cycle, from product inception and strategy to execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to designers and collaborate with UX to grow the level of visual design craft on the team.
