Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to Project Department
- Coordinates between internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in handling, control and filing of documentation
- Assist to input information to ERP system for business and technical transaction
- Handle general enquiries and admin work e.g. filing, photocopying & compiling
- Ensure timely submission & generating monthly project status report
- Preparing of monthly, quarterly and other reports as required
- Manage incoming calls, perform phone screening

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ ITE graduate at least 1-2 years of administrative experience in **manufacturing / construction / engineering industry**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer knowledge is essential (MS word, excel, power point, MS outlook)
- Proactive and confident individual with good work ethnics, good analytical mind and planning skills
- Ability to work as a team player
