**Responsibilities**:
- Engage, build strong bonding and trust with VIPs
- Serve as the exclusive contact point for all VIPs
- Responsible for VIP upgrading (increase trading volume and fee)
- Launch prospective campaigns, coordinate with marketing, business development to acquire more VIPs
- Upgrade core traders and potential VIPs by VIP experienced card
- Help existing VIPs to diversify and manage portfolios through product upselling and cross-selling
- Gather feedback from VIPs and liaise with Product Team for product refinement
- Work with local country teams to promote our VIP Program & provide them with tools (e.g. 7 days VIP experience) to potential VIPs referred by traders within the community team
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
