**Senior Project Executive**

We are looking for a competent Senior Project Executive to join our team to produce events that will make an impact on our clients’ target audience. Your will work with a dynamic team to ensure events are successful, paying attention to concept, quality, and time constraints.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- Work closely with our design, projects and production teams on luxury, corporate and lifestyle events and branded exhibitions from pre-project planning to event or exhibition activation and execution.
- Assist in day-to-day planning and co-ordination of project operations and administration needs.
- Brainstorming ideas, sourcing and contacting suppliers.
- Assist in the writing of creative proposals.
- Research the market for innovative trends within the corporate, fashion & luxury industry.
- Provide support for project related operational, logistics and administrative requirements.
- Cost negotiation and managing supplier’s relationship.
- Opportunities to travel for overseas projects.

**CRITERIA**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in event, production and management
- Degree / Diploma in Event Management, communications, or related qualification preferred.
- Possess keen interest in high-end luxury and fashion industry and pays great attention to detail.
- Software skills in Microsoft suites especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and video editing will be a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in set production for events and exhibitions will be useful.
- Highly motivated, resourceful and efficient
- Good writing and communications skills, with outgoing personality.
- A good sense of humour will make a difference

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
