**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

If you are a driven, passionate, and ambitious, our **Operations Global Graduate Programme** will maximise your potential. It is a 18 months fast-track to managerial position with unprecedented international exposure that is geared specifically for high-potential individuals. Our Global Graduate Programme in Operations helps you to develop exceptional skills with full understanding of the market dynamics that you are operating in, and how **Global Travel Retail Operations** departments of **Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction**, etc work together to achieve outstanding business results.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- Fresh graduates, and professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, proven through internship experience or extra-curricular activities
- Resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
- Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, and negotiation skills
