Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders, both internally and externally, through routine updates, written reports and/or meeting presentations.
Participates in R&D project meetings to provide technical inputs as when required.
Some knowledge in electronic laboratory information systems that connect with analytical data handling or workflow projects will be an advantage.

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s / master’s in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- With 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong team player with initiative, good communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt to priorities and perform under mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical knowledge, driven and self-motivated to resolve technical issues
- Forward looking in anticipating changing new requirements and priorities for a research environment
- Willing to work on Jurong Island (Shuttle-busses are available at various locations)
