Hi we are SME supporting up to 50-60 users.
Currently we are in need of an IT engineer to focus on daily EUCD support, onboard and offboarding, as well as setup IT equipment for conferences or meeting. Engineer to also provide maintenance on the existing servers, example security patches, domain controller and networks.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsiblities**:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on all IT asset life cycle.
- Supervise and coordinate necessary pre-preparation steps before any project implementation
- Implement and monitor of daily IT ticket queue.
- Troubleshoot, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.
- Ensure that organisation and clients are informed timely on possible security incidents
- Basic knowledge on IT security is required.
- Experience of security tools such as firewall, Authentication, Network Security, Web & Database Security, VDI and endpoint security is a plus.
- Keen in cybersecurity domain and passion to learn and grow.
- Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery and security related drills.
- This position might requires system administration outside normal business hours.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Ability to engage and collaborate well in cross-functional team
- Strong articulation and communication skills
- Certified in Computer Science / Computing
Normal working hour: Mon - Fri 8:30am-6pm less P.H
