**Ground Team Red (GTR) **is a joint-venture company between SATS Ltd and Air Asia to carry out ground handling services. The company has 2 branches - GTRSG in Singapore and GTRMY in Malaysia.

GTRSG provides ground handling services such as passenger check-in/ boarding/ ticketing, baggage and ramp services to Air Asia group and other airlines operating out of Changi Airport Terminal 4.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to users on operational or maintenance aspects of computer equipment and serve as user contact on technical and service related problems.
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date hardware list.
- Follow and create detailed user guides/procedures as needed, help improve the quality of service delivery and provide value added customer services.
- Assist in troubleshooting of IT related issues
- Manage IT Projects
- Liaise with 3rd parties & vendors involved on hardware/software related issues.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignments.
- Monitoring of IT request and procurement of equipment’s.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
