Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore We are launching outlets island wide and we're looking for highly motivated, customer centric **Junior Area Manager** to join us

**Job Scope**:

- Reporting directly to the local Director of Operations, you will work closely together to execute the company's operational strategy
- Manage your team of Store Captains to ensure that daily operations are running smoothly
- Manage the cascade of new SOPs, product launches and communications to the ground level - ensuring all members of your team are well-informed and aligned
- Implement initiatives and SOPs to optimize our end to end operations
- Monitor and control your cluster's KPIs, focusing heavily on team performance
- Suggest structural improvements to locations and process improvements across locations to ensure the team is equipped with the tools and training to provide an excellent customer experience
- Be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding & training of new baristas to meet Flash Coffee standards
- Work with Supply Chain to execute and streamline the day to day store operations

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of experience in operations at a retail / F&B player (tech/startup experience is not essential but is a plus)
- Proactive, self-sufficient and driven
- Mind set on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail
- Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, demanding environment
- A "people's person"
- Agile, communicative and active
- Comfortable working with metrics
