Recruitment of Student Administration, Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at NTU
Job Description- Assist in Teaching Timetable Planning for Courses offer by the school- Assist the school in Allocating the Teaching Assignment- Provide Support Accreditation and Curriculum Committees- Handle Students’ Course Registration Matters- Assist in processing Examination matters-
- Coordinate the updating of School's website pertaining to information related to students- Assist in Schools' Event Related to Students- Assist Manager with various reports compilation- Address query from Faculty and students
Qualifications and Requirements- A recognized University Degree/a good Polytechnic Diploma-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and writing skills)- Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Good generally IT knowledge- Positive attitude- Able to work independently as well as a good team player- Open to job rotation and any miscellaneous duties assigned in accordance with School needs- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
