Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual well-versed in admissions, outreach and marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to support and lead efforts in the recruitment of high quality undergraduate students into the Business School. The incumbent would be expected to lead a small team and execute marketing and outreach strategies, manage the admissions process, and provide data-driven insights to enhance enrolment outcomes. The role includes extensive stakeholder engagement to strengthen the programme\'s visibility and appeal, as well as overseeing scholarship management and scholar engagement.
Admissions and Financial Aid Management
Oversee operations and processes of all admission interviews.
Review admissions and financial aid processes and execute improvement plans.
Participate in the selection and administration of scholarships, bursaries, and aptitude based admissions.
