JR17425 ENGINEER - PROBE SHIFT EQUIPMMENT

**Job Summary:
**As a Probe Equipment Support Supervisor, you will oversee, manage and lead a team of equipment support technicians to meet equipment schedules, production standards, and operational costs to achieve department goals. You are responsible for setting clear expectations, providing continual performance feedback and outlining improvement plans. You will foster teamwork, trust and employee engagement, recognize and reward outstanding performance, as well as ensure the training necessary to achieve site objectives is conducted and supported. In addition, you will need to establish clear and strong lines of communication and engagement with peers, customers, eventual reports and management in a professional manner. This role is also expected to aggressively work to reduce quality-related deviations and ensure the highest quality wafer possible is produced. You will oversee day-to-day performance of a work unit that performs complex tasks and you will also work closely with management, engineering, production, and training personnel to meet company goals.

**Responsibilities :**:**Maintain Area Production**:

- Maintain equipment readiness -Maintain equipment efficiency -Deviation containment -Monitor OEE data -Maintain staffing -Promote teamwork -Follow all company policies and area procedures

**Communicate Information**:

- Accurately relate technical information to appropriate personnel
- Performance Management: -Understand Micron business philosophies -Establish performance plans and conduct appraisals -Provide job expectations and feedback -Set performance expectations -Develop pride in workmanship -Promote teamwork

**Customer Service**:

- Identify internal and external customers and establish expectations for each -Develop and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships -Continually measure and improve how well expectations are met

**Mentoring**:

- Develop new and veteran team members
- EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
