**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for business and P/L management for DM Asia region together with ASD DM & TR SEA
- Be the guard keeper of La Prairie between La Prairie and distributors
- Ensure the brand strategy in line with Roadmap 2027 into the 5 markets (SG, TH, Indo, MY, PH) and brand guidelines respected

**Main Accountabilites
**Business Management**
- Work with distributors on business plans, align business priorities to be in line with LP guidelines
- Be accountable for P&L and EBIT for DM Asia business unit
- Work with distributors on budget planning, align sales target and A&P for the following year
- Monitor monthly sell-in / sell-out on track as per plan
- Work with CS to keep track on monthly order process, ensure shipment managed as per plan
- Review monthly order from distributors to ensure saleable and non-saleable product mix is in line with business strategy
- Work with finance analyst on demand planning management
- Look for new business opportunities and make business case, e.g. entering new markets

**Marketing**
- Guide distributors to plan MB as per LP guideline during ABP process
- Lead the innovation forecast process, collect & review orders from distributors
- Responsible for DM Asia MB and regular review and updates with the support of ASD
- Work with Finance Analyst on A&P tracking for MB reimbursement markets (SG & MY)
- Work with Marketing Executive on launch strategy based on guideline from regional/ global
- Review marketing plan together with Marketing Executive, provide guidance and feedback
- Track launch and activities result and ROI

**CRM**
- Guide distributors to set CRM TA for the following year tying with business strategy
- Track CRM KPI trend, pull out business insight from monthly CRM report from distributors
- Negotiate with distributors on data ownership, aim to collect client data under LP POS or data to be transferred from distributors with the support of ASD

**Retail**
- Work with regional education manager to ensure global education strategy is well cascade to distributors
- Ensure distributors hire sufficient BA to support each POS
- Ensure distributors follows brand guideline on service implementation (AOP/AOB) and sampling strategy
- Negotiate with distributors on proposed space and location for new / store relocation with the support of ASD
- Work with regional SDVM team on new store / renovation projects, ensure smooth project approval process, review design, and keep track on implementation timeline with the support of ASD

**Reports and Admin**
- Review and pull-out business insight from monthly DM reports submit by all distributors
- Participate to monthly business calls with distributors to understand business trends and dynamic with ASD
- Arrange regular market visit as per business needs
- Host annual DM Asia Regional meeting with the support of ASD
- Any ad hoc business reports to ASD, VP and regional team

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in sales & retails
- Experience in Account & P&L management
- Business driver, inspiring people, strong team spirit
- Strong change management skill
- Pleasant, pro-active and a passion for excellence
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Goal oriented and result driven
- Good understanding of retail industry
- Confident and articulate communicator (English and Mandarin
- Strong computer skills (esp. Excel, Power point)
