- Ensure all files are well-organized and easily accessible
- Ensure proper filing of records and documents

- Any other operational and administrative matters as required

**Your qualifications**:
- 2+ years’ administrative working experience or a similar role
- Good working knowledge in MS Office Application, such as Words & Excel, and SharePoint or similar web-based document management and storage systems
- Responsible, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Possess a high level of maturity with strong organization and time management skills
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive documents and information appropriately
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- People oriented and able to communicate effectively with across all levels
