Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Quality team to ensure a productive and high-performance work environment by developing, implementing, monitoring, and/or improving the Quality framework and SOPs.
- Define, create, and implement a quality assurance strategy that covers all stages of product development.
- Maintain ISO22k manual reviews and documentation updates (risk assessments, specifications, and procedures) to ensure food safety certification, statutory requirements, customer food safety standards/requirements, and company policies are followed.
- Lead project initiatives to ensure that standards and requirements for food quality, safety, and hygiene are met.
- Create and put into action procedures for managing export production to foreign markets.

Requirement
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or other relevant professional certificates
- FSMS, Quality Auditor, Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor
- GMP/HACCP/GPSI/ISO22000 knowledge is required.
