- Singapore**YOUR MISSION**:
The Manager SAP FI/CO is responsible as the go-to consultant on process and solution design to PUMA internal stakeholders in the SEAINOC region, leading from our regional headquarters in Singapore. The area of focus is in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) processes for the wholesale and retail business. The manager will work closely with all project managers, project teams and functional stakeholders to design effective and scalable solutions, execute migration strategy, and ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance to business requirements as directed by the project sponsor.

**Task 1**:
**Responsible for migration process in the FI/CO module**Execute a comprehensive migration strategy that encompasses data migration, configuration, and customization specific to the module.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with the migration plan.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the FI/CO module within the new S/4 HANA Fashion environment.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration process. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure data accuracy throughout the migration.

**Task 2**:Partner with technical and functional teams on solution design**Consult our business partners in the solution design with focus on FI/CO processes for our wholesale and retail business.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility and potential challenges of implementing new functionalities.
- Configure and customize the SAP FI/CO module based on the needs of the business.

**Task 3**:
**Identify areas for continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs**Consolidate regular feedback from our business partners to continuously improve the system.
Seek to understand the challenges with the existing design. Assess and prioritize business requests based on their impact, urgency, alignment with strategic goals, and feasibility.

- Conduct training sessions for key users, both in-person and through virtual platforms to ensure the effective adoption of new functionalities within the S/4 HANA Fashion environment.Act as a point of contact for users seeking clarification, guidance, or troubleshooting related to the functionalities in FI/CO module. Provide timely responses and solutions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- **YOUR TALENT**:

- **Professional**: 3-5 years of experience with FI/CO on SAP systems, preferably in the S/4 HANA Fashion environment, working in Application Support or Consulting background.

**IT Skills**:
- SAP S/4 HANA Certified in FI/CO
Project Management Tools (Jira, Confluence)
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Language Skills**: Excellent communication skills - English - both verbal and written
**Competencies**:
Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry.
Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on SAP systems FI/CO functional and international environments.
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp business requirement from stakeholders.
Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel.
