**Job Purpose Statement**
- Support SAP BI reports (future) related to the above functional areas.

**Key Roles**:

- To support and execute projects related to SAP FI, CO plus interfacing of SAP to other 3rd party systems.
- To analyse user requirements, provide IT support and coordinate project execution in a timely manner.
- To monitor and maintain SAP system including testing of system programs created by vendors.
- To ensure that IT vendors and service providers deliver their job assignment according to requirement and timeline.
- To maintain and review system documents and operation manual.
- To ensure that IT vendors and service providers deliver their job assignment according to requirement, timeline, and in compliance with AMOS IT and SOX standards.
- To research, evaluate and propose IT services/solutions, when necessary.
- To lead, coordinate and monitor IT project execution.
- To monitor IT project spending.

**Job Requirements**:
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years' working experience in SAP HANA - specifically to FI & CO functional modules.
- Have proven track record of Project Management Experience.
- Prior ABAPer experience will be an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge
- Customer and Vendor management skills.
- Sound knowledge of SAP configuration, authorization concepts.
- Good communication skills with customers and vendors.
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering.
