**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead global initiatives involving reefer containers, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for reefer operations across all trades.
- Identify market trends and customer demands to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with Regional Offices (ROs) and manage global reefer handling, including commercial activities.
- Coordinate closely with Trade teams to manage an efficient quotation process.
- Ensure effective operational workflows and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee coordination between sales, customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless reefer shipments.
- Manage the budget for reefer operations, focusing on profitability and revenue growth.
- Handle insurance-related matters for sensitive and high-value reefer cargo.

**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies to navigate market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Maintain resilience in managing unexpected situations and guide the team through challenges in the shipping market.
- Drive the division’s success by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing critical strategies.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or the logistics industry, with a focus on reefer cargo operations.
- Proven success in managing and growing a reefer cargo division, including P&L responsibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures related to reefer cargo.
