**Our client**:
Our client is a leading multinational company in diagnostic industry, providing clinical healthcare services to major hospitals and laboratories in the market. In view of business expansion, they are looking to hire additional HR Manager to support the full specturm of recruitment and operation activities, primarily for Singapore office.
**Your role**:
You will assist HR Director, APAC in managing, coordinating, administering recruitment and overseas operations covering multiple activities involved by HR and OA (office admin) within SAP Successfactor. You shall develop sustainable talent acquisition hiring plans and strategies based on business growth plans and hiring needs. Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interview to onboarding of new hires.
Analyse employee engagement metrics such as retention and attrition rates, and as well as HR related data and salary benchmarking. Last but not least, you shall be a ‘go-to’ person for Successfactor and handle all Successfactor queries, such as assisting Regional HR in terms of operations work involving recruitment, data analytics, reporting, HRIS Successfactor issues etc.
- This is a sole contributor role.**Your profile**
You should possess at least a Bachelor Degree with related Diploma in Human Resource Management and minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in talent acquisition (in-house) space. Proficient with SAP Successfactor is a must. Experience in compensation and talent management will be an added advantage. You are expected to have sound knowledge of Singapore employment law and strong communication skills. Good level of organising and coordinating skills with the ability to multitask. Able to demonstrates personal leadership and enthusiasm.
