**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will
- Design all marketing collaterals and assets for the organisation, including marketing advertisements on digital platform
- Manages the budget provided each month for advertising and upkeep it
- Overall ensures customer experiences across the paid and organic touch points are seamless. Manages Google Reviews
- Research and source new digital marketing capabilities such as personalization, audience targeting, emerging media channels, digital analytics capabilities.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identity opportunities that can differentiate our brand
- Analysis and review constantly on performance from the digital platforms

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to design skills, videos.
- Hands on design skills, tools such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Dreams, Premier
- Curious and passionate about building brands through digital and partnerships
- Hands-on, driven, growth mindset and accountable for outcomes
- Able to upskill with evolving digital marketing landscape to bring in creative/fit for purpose solutions for the organisation
- Demonstrable experience of all paid advertising tactics esp. social media, search and content marketing
- Strong experience is building social media presence for brands
- Copy writing skills to engage with consumer while repurposing content for social, SEM and other advertising tactics
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
- University graduate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity, preferably in general insurance industry
- Excellent knowledge of e-marketing tools and systems and updated online marketing concepts and best practices.
- Certifications in BCP and PGI will be a plus.
- Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
