**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Mediacorp is Singapore's largest content creator and national media network, operating a suite of TV channels, radio stations, and multiple digital platforms. Its mission is to engage, entertain, and enrich audiences by harnessing the power of creativity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In charge of the direction and post-production (editing and show packaging) of drama projects
- Generate creative and engaging ideas for different genres of drama
- Translate creatively a writer's and Executive Producer's vision into a programme
- Collaborate with all functions in production team, including technical crew, make-up and styling teams to set the desirable direction for the show.
- Lead, supervise and coordinating the work of the production team pre, during and post post-production.
- Troubleshoot issues arising from the production
- Manage and work within given schedules and programme budgets.
- Ensure compliance of the production team to meet workplace safety and health regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 5 years' experience as a video/film director.
- Minimally a Diploma qualification
- Experienced in leading film production with good organisational and communication skills
- Good leadership skills, strong time management and excellent comprehension skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese with good writing skills and computer literacy
- Be able to work well under pressure and the ability to motivate co-workers
- Strong story-telling abilities and keen eye for details
