As a Senior Post Producer with 5-8 years of experience in Ad Film post-production, you will be joining a dynamic team of producers dedicated to creating top-notch video assets for a variety of brands. Our focus lies in producing premium ad films and branded content that leaves a lasting impact on our audience. Your role will involve elevating our post-production capabilities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs at scale.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire post-production process, fostering collaboration among editors, sound designers, colorists, and other stakeholders. Collaboration with creative teams, directors, and producers will be essential to fully realize the vision for each project in post-production. Managing timelines, workflows, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope project deliveries will also be part of your role.You will work closely with our producers, contributing to a cohesive team effort aimed at delivering exceptional work that meets quality standards and deadlines. Ensuring that final outputs adhere to technical requirements for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms will be crucial. Additionally, you will troubleshoot post-production workflow issues, identify areas for efficiency improvements, and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in video post-production.To qualify for this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience in video post-production, particularly in advertising and branded content. A proven track record of delivering high-quality post-production outputs at scale is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are key requirements. Excellent English communication skills and experience working with both in-house and external post-production teams are necessary. Familiarity with technical requirements for digital, social, and broadcast platforms is also expected.,
