Based in our Singapore Offices, the Assistant Manager for Brand and Multi-Channel Marketing will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales marketing and publicity support to the South East Asia sales team and clients on Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Feature Films and TV content in all windows post-theatrical (EST, VOD, SVOD, PAY, FTV, AVOD).
**Main Job Responsibilities will include**:
**Pre-Sales (Goal: Maximize distribution revenue)**
- Support and work alongside the Director, Brand & Multichannel Marketing, SEA on all pre-sales initiatives and marketing activities that aid and assist in licensing of SPT features and TV series to clients.
- On assigned titles, spearhead the creation of compelling B2B sales collateral (product sell sheets, e-blast communications, show-specific sales decks, reels, etc.) for sales pitches.
- Execute digital and marketing activations supporting B2B and B2C initiatives, including the B2B outreach campaign (eDM, desk drop), new TV series campaigns, and working with the digital team in Los Angeles to leverage Sony owned FB and IG accounts for and pre-and post-sales awareness campaigns.
- Create drafting campaigns and other calendar or concept-based library campaigns to drive incremental revenue from SPT's library of features and TV series.
- Work with Sony’s research team to create data-driven sales pitches and data-informed marketing initiatives.
- Assist in trade events, local content showcase, format showcase, and other local events.- Write content for marketing materials and social media platform content.
**Post-sale (Goal: Maximize reach, conversion, buys, views, ratings of our content on every platform)**
- Assist and work alongside Director, Brand & Multichannel Marketing, on all post-sales support and activities across SEA. Plan and execute through the line marketing campaigns for Sony Pictures Television (SPT) features and TV series that drive linear awareness, acquisition, retention, engagement, and product activation with the following objectives:
- Create and boost awareness of Sony content
- Drive viewership and increase watch rate of Sony content on SVOD platforms
- Drive transactions on EST and VOD platforms
- Drive viewership through ratings on linear channels
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results; Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous campaigns. Establish strong partnerships with clients to deliver best-in-class marketing support against defined goals/objectives and actively participate in the collaboration and sell-in of marketing strategies and promotions of Sony content. Present publicity opportunities to clients and facilitate the requests with the publicity team in LA and London (for UK-based shows). This includes phone interviews, press junkets, etc. Track coverage and create reports post event.
- Assist in talent tour planning and execution, plus on-ground events.
- Conduct marketing onboarding sessions for new clients including Sony Pictures Connect account set up. Be the client expert and solve problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by clients and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Understand the business priorities of assigned clients and strategically align them to Sony Pictures’ goals to drive growth.
- Secure top and incremental placements for priority features and TV series on clients’ platforms.
- Actively find and nurture third party promotional and partnership relationships and leverage those relations to enhance SPT's go to market campaigns on features and TV series
- Manage external vendors for marketing collateral/premiums/desk drops and design work
- Manage translation house and quality control of all translation work.
- Develop product presentations for third-party partners when required.
- Work in alignment with Sony Pictures Releasing (theatrical) teams across the region on title strategy, consumer marketing, and social media to convert awareness into digital transactions on EST/TVOD and drive viewership on SVOD.
- Track and analyze individual campaign results and return on investment.
- Field day-to-day assets/material requests from clients, including managing and customization of promotional assets ensuring all major clients in every window have something unique (and exclusive if possible) to promote our content.
- Work closely with Transactional Sales team to create best-in-class go-to-market campaigns for priority feature films in the transactional window for key clients.

- Cultivate local One Sony relationships (SPRI, Sony Electronics, Sony Mobile, Sony PlayStation) to secure cross-promotions, social media posts, and other awareness/promotion opportunities.
