Handle full sets of accounts for multiple entities

Communicate with clients, handle queries and request

Prepare journal entries and posting

Responsible for AR & AP function and monthly reconciliation

Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Provide day to day assistance, and administrative and audit related activities

Prepare invoices and credit notes

To prepare payment setup

GST preparation

Maintain fixed assets register, perform bank reconciliation, prepare accounts and tax schedules

**Requirements**:
Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy & Finance

Min 2 years experience

Working location in Novena next to MRT but must be comfortable to work in client's venue if required
