Job Scope:

- Support the management in resource planning, tracking of revenues and expenditures
- Manage all admin works for the Asset Management System
- Coordinate with various teams to manage all Assets’ information (e.g. Asset Register, SOP, Reports, etc.)
- Assist to develop various documentations (e.g. SLA, SOP, Report, etc) and monitor the validity & expiry of each documentations
- Assist to gather information on operations and activities for Audit-purposes
- Assist to plan and conduct Internal Audits to ensure Operations & Maintenance processes are in line with SOPs and Work Instruction
- Perform Physical Asset condition assessment
- Support to plan and forecast the Asset Management (e.g. Asset’s Life Cycle)
- Support in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements
- Support in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma / Higher NITEC in Engineering / Computer Science or related discipline
- Possess 1 - 3 years’ experience in Technical Support / Asset Management
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & Word)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
