- Assisting Attorneys in preparing and organizing various legal documents both in Japanese and in English.
- Perform regular review and provide updates on any regulatory or licensing changes related.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in translation and administrative assistance position.
- Native level of fluent Japanese, both verbal and written would be necessary, as this position is required to accurately translate legal documents written in professional language, as well as communicate with Japanese clients and Attorneys in Japan involved in the case.
- Native level of Japanese reading and research skill to understand the nuances, terminologies and word used in the legal documents.
- Good business acumen with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at concise communications.
- Excellent organization skill.
- Ability to adopt a global working environment as time adjustment may be required from time to time to fit the schedule of foreign clients and colleagues.
