Assist in developing engaging content for World Farm’s social media channels.
- Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media campaigns using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Contribute to video content ideas and take charge of video production for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including pre
- and post
- production.
- Help manage and schedule posts on various social media channels
- Research and implement best practices to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
- Support marketing promotions, seasonal sales, and customer engagement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- **Familiarity with social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and an understanding of what drives engagement, working knowledge of XHS and Lemon8 knowledge is a bonus
- Experience with **graphic design tools** (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus
- Strong **analytical skills**; able to interpret marketing data and provide insights
- **Creativity** and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies
- **Time management skills**; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
