**About the Role**

In this role you will have the opportunity to influence employees, business partners and end customers alike, while making sure that our market share in the local cybersecurity landscape keeps growing.

No two days for a Check Point Security Engineer (Presales) are the same, from getting hands on with the most advanced technologies in the market, to learning more about the customer’s most pressing security challenges and playing a crucial part in designing a solution, you’re always at the heart of fascinating projects.

**Major Responsibilities**

**You will be responsible for**
- Working closely with our Sales Team in providing recommendations on appropriate Check Point solutions to meet our customer’s cyber security needs.
- Lead the technical engagement, addressing technical questions, providing consultative advice and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops
- Support the responses to RFI's & RFP's with the relevant bid teams
- Engaging and supporting the enablement of key partners and customers on the latest Cyber Security Technologies.
- Active participation in cyber security events

**Desired Background**
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experience
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs
- Exposure to network, cloud and End Point security is advantageous
- Bring a customer first mindset and experience in working with large to medium enterprise organizations
- Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE
