**The Role**

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Project Manager** to lead our interior design projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone in the growth phase of their design career — confident in leading project delivery, yet eager to evolve alongside a passionate, fast-paced team.

You’ll serve as the vital link between our clients, design team, and site contractors, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full project lifecycle — from kick-off to handover — ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Liaise closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate schedules, materials, and execution.
- Oversee site progress, quality control, and troubleshoot on-site issues in real time.
- Prepare, review, and track project documentation including quotations, contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure alignment between design intent, client expectations, and site implementation.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines to avoid overruns or delays.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders and escalate critical issues as needed.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or construction project management.
- Looking to take on greater responsibility and ownership in a collaborative design setting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills — both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to multitask and manage several ongoing projects under tight timelines.
- Team player with a solution-driven mindset and a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with interior construction processes, materials, and vendor management.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:
