**What You'll Do**

Reporting to our Head of Operations, APAC you will be instrumental in turning our customer complex projects into a success while being attentive to planning and budget.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for deployment, configuration, testing (UAT) and launch support of software projects for our APAC customers.
- The position includes engineering activities such as systems analysis, software installation and configuration.
- Integration with third party systems, acceptance testing and coaching for launch of operations.

Job Requirements

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English language, both verbal and written skills
- IT systems configuration, troubleshooting, and administration
- Software deployment & configuration, in accordance with system specifications
- Analytical mind, able to provide detailed reporting but also summarize the Project Technical Status, anticipate risks, and escalate issues
- Tasks Planning, planning and efforts monitoring
- Self-starter highly autonomous who can work independently, but also collaborate with a broader team
- Rigor to follow Project Management processes and Internal Reporting processes
- Rigor and focus on details to guarantee bulletproof testing
- “Outside of the box” thinker to develop workarounds
- Able to self-train on new modules

**Requirements**:

- Experience and technical knowledge in IT (network, servers administration, databases) - relevant certification is a plus
- Authorization to work in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in the Software industry (Software development or Software deployment)
- Strong analytical skills & rigor in problem-solving
- Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail and ability to drive projects
- Experience with the below platforms and tools will be considered as a plus:

- Microsoft Project or other Planning management tools
- SQL
- Microsoft Server environments
- XML / XSL
- API
- Tableau
- Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of Video codecs & Formats
- Broadcast (TV / Radio / web TV) experience
