Roles & Responsibilities

As an e2i Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development, and delivery of integrated employment solutions. The role requires you to reach out and work closely with jobseekers and forge strong partnerships with employers, government agencies, training, industry, and community partners in the various sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse market trends, understand clients’ needs and identify relevant hiring, training and productivity solutions for businesses.
- Implement job redesign measures to raise productivity through the use of equipment and technology, enhance the image and professionalism of the industry and work with regulators and companies to raise standards and equip workers with relevant skills training
- Organizing workshops and job fairs, outreaching to community partners and jobseekers, and providing on-site assistance to retrenched employees
- Design interventions to address the employment and employability gaps of jobseekers
- **Job Requirements**
- Passionate about helping Singaporeans to enhance their employability and organizations in productivity improvements and capabilities development.
- Driven and able to work independently.
- Innovative and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate a strong relationships with partners.
- Strong project management skills from conceptualization, implementation, evaluating and engagement with stakeholders.
- Experience in business development/project management/programme development will be advantageous
