**Our Client**

Our client is a SGX-listed trust with predominant portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes, located in the U.S.

**Your Role**
- This role reports to Associate Director, Finance with the following responsibilities: _
- Monthly closing of group accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Providing support in areas of secretarial compliance, taxation and treasury.
- Prepare and record payments, monitor liquidity and fund flow of the holding entities.
- Liaise with the US-based hotel managers and review the reporting packages submitted by them.
- Assist the team in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including annual reports, SGX announcements, Board and Audit Committee Papers etc.
- Assist in preparation of budget and forecasting for the purpose of budgetary control and variance analysis.
- Coordinating audits with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor interested person transactions
- Prepare quarterly GST report for filing.
- Assist in reviews of tax returns and monitoring the tax agent’s responses to the authority.
- Prepare and submission of instructions and reports to trustee, and handle their queries.
- Assist the team to ensure that the REIT’s financial reporting remains in compliance with relevant accounting standards and all regulatory obligations.
- Assist the team to work with the SGX, CDP, Unit Registrar and Tax Agent in making quarterly distribution to stapled securityholders (e.g agree distribution timetable with relevant parties etc).
- Liaison with Bankers, Internal & External Auditors, Corporate Secretary, Unit Registrar and Tax consultants etc.

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (Auditors with extensive exposure in REIT portfolios are welcome to apply)
- Experience in listed companies/REITs will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and commitments and proven track record in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Committed, resourceful, meticulous, firm and independent
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, controls and management reporting.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
