**Job Description**:

- Coordinating and running of internal as well as external training courses
- Liaising with different stakeholders (both internal and external) on the Company’s training programmes
- Maintaining and tracking of events as well as document reviews via the Company’s internal system
- Drawing up internal policies and procedures for the department
- Assist with routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Highly discreet, organized, and meticulous
- Professional conduct and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Team player
