Singapore LANDSEA TECHNICAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

To assist and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the management.
- Maintain and update order records, databases and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports if required.
- Assist in checking and preparing Quotation, Invoices, Bills and other documentation.
- Assist in checking the payable invoices.
- Assist in ordering inventory for the office and workshop when required, to ensure availability of proper inventory management.
- Assist in checking the quotation from suppliers.
- Assist with reconcile office expenses and invoices.
- Ensure the tardiness and cleanliness of the office.

**Job Requirements**:

- O or N level and above
- Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes
- Independent & experienced in Microsoft Words, Excel
- No experience required as comprehensive training will be provided

**Working Hour: 9.00am - 6.00pm Tuesday - Saturday**

**Location: 8 mins walk from Mattar MRT Exit A**

**Salary: S$1,600 to S$2,000/month**
