Brief summary of the Senior AV Support Associate : Responsible for providing daily operational technology in support of all Audio/Visual equipment and employee use, maintaining hardware inventories, documenting licensing, and other technical related activities for multiple customers with mínimal supervision and work with a team to ensure high-quality operational support, and provide innovative solutions for our customers.

Responsibility:

- Handle all Audio Visual and Video Conferencing System, which consist of Project Commissioning, Day-to-Day Maintenance, Event Setup and Support and include providing training to users when needed.
- Render above supports to ensure the system is on good performance to meet user needs and requirement
- Project commissioning which consists of all related equipment mentioned:

Assist the Project stakeholders to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy

Manage ,Co-ordinate and oversee the onsite testing and commissioning of the completed projects

Prepare and ensure that the System documentation including diagrams, equipment information and related documents are up-to-date

Ensure all project implementation to meet the timeline
- Day to Day Maintenance Support:

To attend to all user services and fault requests

Troubleshoot all the fault issues reported

To carry out Preventive Maintenance check on regular basis

All firmware must be updated for all equipment

To dismantle, arrange, install back for any faulty hardware that require RMA with internal backend team (Support) and/ or Manufacturer

To Escalate and follow up the fault ticket till it resolve to manufacturer for higher tier support if needed

To meet the SLA at all times

To review the existing system setup times to times as needed to ensure all the equipment and technology is up to date.

Assist Sales department to work with customers to find and recommend products or services that best meet their needs.

To provide monthly and weekly report as when required

Requirement:

- Technical Certification relating to Audio Visual and IT
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in Audio Visual with fundamental IT infrastructure knowledge
- To have knowledge on AV technology and basic IT system on a technical level
- Must have the ability to understand and communicate to different levels of users within the organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills with heavy focus on customer services.
- Ability to work independently, efficient, team player and detail oriented
- Willing to travel and/or work beyond office hours as and when required
