**Position: IT & Operations Team Lead**

**Responsibilities**:
**IT and Operations Support**:

- Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
- Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
- Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
- Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
- Responsible for manpower allocation and scheduling for operational support at the client’s location.
- Lead engagements with clients on IT and Operations matters related to the deployed simulation systems.
- Streamline, document and ensure Operations team adhere to procedures to maximise support and efficiency.
- Motivate, train, guide and lead the operations team to provide the highest level of operational support to clients in the region

**Project Management**:
Act as Project Manager for delivering projects to our clients, including but not limited to:
Stakeholder management
- Schedule management
- Budget management
- Scope management
- Quality management
- Risk management

**Others**:
To undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required by the management of Coventry Enterprises Singapore which will act in accordance with the needs of its clients.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in IT support and deployments.
- Experience handling network issues will be an advantage.
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
- Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
- Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
- Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
