**Statement Of Purpose _(Overall Purpose of Job)_**

To perform project coordination both on site operation and technical coordination.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**

(A) Specific:

- Preparation and submission of shop drawing, material and technical specification.
- Schedule the above submission in line with master programme.
- Scrutinize of construction drawings, raise RFI as necessary.
- Coordination relevant trades to bring the project to smooth construction.
(B) General:

- Technical coordination and ensure architectural site works are in order in accordance to approved drawings, perform site check on quality control and defect rectification.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:

- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
**Job Requirements**

A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

- Minimum possessed a Diploma in Building Construction/ Architectural or equivalent.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:

- Technical knowledge on architectural elements and fitting out works.
- Equip with computer knowledge such as AutoCAD, MS Office, BIM etc.
- Strong drawing interpretation skill for architectural, structural and MEP.
- Documentation knowledge on correspondences, RFI, RFA, RAM and minutes of meeting.
(C) Experience:

- Minimum with 5 years relevant working experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- AutoCAD: 5 years (preferred)
- Fitting out work: 5 years (preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (preferred)
