We are seeking dynamic, versatile and self-driven personality to be **Senior Manager **of our Restaurant.

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the operations team to provide smooth, efficient and effective operational support for the Restaurant. The Senior Manager shall plan, direct and manage the performance of internal operations, in order to maintain and develop business growth in accordance to the overall strategy.

The Senior Manager role is entrusted with the following responsibilities:
**Managing Restaurant Staff**

He may be necessary to resolve any conflict between team members and will be responsible for evaluating the performance of staff members. He shall ensure that their employees are working productively and following restaurant standards.

**Hiring and Training New Employees**

The Senior Manager should be able to conduct interviews and hire new members of the restaurant staff. He should make the on boarding and training process as smooth as possible.

**Ensuring and Monitoring Guest Satisfaction**

The Senior Manager must ensure the level of satisfaction expressed by their guests. He should be well versed with tackling Social Media and review sites which serve as valuable guest feedback points.

**Controlling Costs and Managing the Budget**

The Senior Manager is required to be involved in following budgets, approving overtime for employees, and handling the payroll process. They also meet with vendors to order supplies and cooperate with the chefs to manage food and beverage inventory. He is to oversee the restaurant manager to cooperate with the various types of chefs to ensure that expenses aren't getting out of control.

**Optimizing the Restaurant's Operation**

The Senior Manager will ensure the restaurant has the best features and tools to operate efficiently. It includes working with the chefs to update the menu and checking the quality of the food.

**Requirements:
**Proven Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior restaurant management or a related role, demonstrating a successful track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.

**Passion for Hospitality**:A genuine love for food and hospitality, coupled with a strong desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

**Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership abilities, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

**Business Acumen**:Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for business growth.

**Customer Focus**:Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism.

**Adaptability**:Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to handle pressure, and adept at making real-time decisions.

**Flexibility**:Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs.

**Education**:A degree preferably in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
