Roles & Responsibilities

Full-time or Part-time, both weekdays and weekends. Work hours are between 9-6pm.

**Guilt** is a bakery specialising in premium artisanal cookies. We are looking for Guilt Scouts to join our customer services team. The brand is fun and cool with some sass and class, so we're looking for people who reflect that.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their purchases
- Package orders and handle payments
- Final quality control, ensuring all products are consistent and up to standards before packing
- Organize pre-orders and orders from various delivery platforms
- Learn about food preparation and customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of the bakery and storefront
- Customer service duties, including assisting customers with their enquiries, adding special notes, etc.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts when required

Please note that we are a small team and your duties may change as the Bakery grows.
**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year similar experience
- Positive, cheerful attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptable and flexible - we are a small team and we appreciate everyone pitching in to help others on the team
- Superior communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English - written and oral
- Food handlers certificate preferred
- Knowledge and comfort with payment platforms and payment technology (i.e. Paynow, Nets, credit card terminal, shopify, etc.) preferred
- Familiar with standard social media outlets (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Tech-savvy a plus
- Having taken the Basic Food Handler Hygiene course is a plus, but not mandartory. All Guilt Scouts will be expected to complete this course prior to starting.
