Our Client is a Latin American cuisine restaurant This role of a Demi Chef is to gather ingredients and measure them correctly before every meal preparation and to assist with meat seasoning and chopping of vegetables. You will be reporting to Chef de Partie.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Prepare meals & bar snacks according to standard recipes and assist the Chef de Partie / Jr Sous Chef, as necessary.
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the company.
- Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie.
- Assist to supervise line cook or commis, as required.
- Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

- High School Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Proven work experience as a Demi Chef, Chef, Prep Cook, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in MICHELIN and/or fine dining restaurants are highly advantageous.
- Complete knowledge of the industry’s best practices, hygiene, and safety standards
- Familiarity with various food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent hygiene standards
- A team player as well as able to work independently
- Having an eye for detail
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
