Hsse Admin Executive

The HSSE Administrative Executive assists in the terminal implementation of Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, Fire Safety, Security & Environmental programs and initiatives, in compliance with local legislations and corporate guidelines. He/she will assist in the Integrated Management System administration and documentation.
He/she will also communicate with vendors and contractors for procurement sourcing.

**Your tasks**:
1) Administer HSSE Standards, Procedures and Practices
- Support in ensuring all staff and contractors comply with HSSE standards and practices
- Promote a culture of safety and good safety behaviours amongst staff and contractors within the company
- Conduct HSSE training (e.g. SIC) for Advario Singapore internal staff and facilitate communication sessions
- Focal point with external service provider for SIC
- Assist in HSSE accident and incident investigations by gathering relevant information

2) Manage HSSE Performance
- Prepare HSSE KPIs for submission to Advario KPIs reporting system and monthly reports for each terminal
- Prepare simple statistical analyses accurately for regular reporting to management
- Administrator for diverse HSSE databases, e.g. HSSE Suites i.e. Cority, WeSustain, Power BI Dashboard

3) Manage Emergency Responses and Crises
- Ensure that safety equipment and PPE are well stocked up for use
- Manage First Aid boxes for all site locations

4) Perform General Administration Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the HSSE documents and to conduct regularly a high level accuracy check (e.g. emergency contact) and updates
- Support in the preparation of documentation for HSSE department
- Management of inventory of safety equipment (Procurement & Purchase)
- Communicate with vendors and contractors for procurement sourcing
- Raise Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order conversion and GRN for payment in SAP system
- System administrator
- Administrator for SMS Notification System for Emergency Response Plan, M-files document system for HSSE department
- Initial HSSE information update from SDS into eMOPI for assessment

**Your profile**:

- Possess at least a Diploma from a reputable polytechnic or institution
- Preferably has a Level B in WSH certificate
- Possess at least 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative role in an Oil & Gas or its related industry
- Meticulous, organised, and detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal and communications and has the ability to multi-task

**Please note**:

- This position is based in Jurong Island
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 830 - 1700 hours. Hybrid work arrangement is not applicable due to the nature of the role.
- Lunch is provided while in the terminal and company shuttle bus transport to and fro Jurong East MRT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
