- **Perform site quantity measurement for project tendering**:

- **Source of materials and sub-contractor required for projects**:

- **Responsible for administration of project budget, Variation Order (VO) and settlement of final accounts**:

- **Evaluate price comparisons and prepare costing summaries**:

- **Prepare tender and contract documents**:

- **Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and all relevant project stakeholders**

**Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Minimum [2] years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Singapore’s construction regulations and industry practices
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
