**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Supervising and overseeing Road maintenance Work, especially Road marking (Thermo works)
- Undertaking Surveys and prepare estimates
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- Support Project Manager and Engineers
- Control material wastage and manage workers on site
- Ensure that all works carried out meet quality standards and requirements
- Checking technical drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork (preparing the cost estimation, test report, measurement report etc.,)
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Need to adopt the project schedule and night works depends on the project schedules.
- Normal working hrs(Mon-Sat). Should be able to work on Sunday & Public Holidays depends on project schedules**:

- **Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate or Diploma in civil Engineering**:

- **Min 3 to 5 Year(s)** of supervisory experience, preferably in Civil Engineering - Road Projects or Road maintenance projects.
- Must possess Class 3 Driving license
