**Description -**
- Provides excellent thermal model development skills in finding best thermal solution for commercial laptops, desktops.
- Drives innovation and integration of new thermal solution technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
- Provides program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues and produce solutions.
- Documents technical work and research to help colleagues, improve the product, and improve the development process.
- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality.

**_ Responsibilities:_**

**_ Education and Experience Required:_**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on thermal fluids
- Typically 7-10 years years experience.

**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in electronics packaging.
- Experience with fan-less, fan, heat pipe, and heatsink design.
- Experience using various thermal interface materials.
- Experience relating component/skin temperature, acoustics.
- Experience with thermal tool on Intel/AMD based.
- Experience with thermal design in PC product.
- Using CFD and thermal mockups to validate thermal solution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
