The Project/Program Manager will be leading the consultants to deliver the Payments Transformation projects with our clients, and responsible for the management, planning, and development of payments solutions for our clients in Asia Pacific.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Identifying development opportunities and requirements based on client needs, competitive landscape, data

analysis and market research. Develop strategic product development roadmap for new products and

enhancement of existing products.
- Lead and manage the transformation of the payments solution (Both domestic and cross-border)
- Provide guidance and leadership in the deployment of various Payments transformation initiatives
- Build business requirements (BRD) as the basis for technical development, operational processing model and

other cross functional departments to build systems, procedure and materials to support product

development and ongoing product enhancements.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of new product development within defined objectives through close

collaboration with our clients in formulating end to end solutions to meet their requirements..
- Responsible for reviewing of Test Scenarios & Scripts and work closely with Development and User Acceptance

Test (UAT) team to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve product development issues.
- Working closing with key business partners to ensure end-to-end integrity of final delivered solutions, processes

and documentation.
- Addressing day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service

support, legal documentation, etc.
- Providing post-sales support in terms of product documentation, implementation of solutions and necessary

training for stakeholders to ensure continued usage of our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience with working in Cards migration program/ large Cards releases with Waterfall development teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An established track record of being a strong project manager and a team player.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and able to manage activities to establish clarity.
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to executives.
- Experience in coaching Product Owners and Business Analysts on Product Backlog refinement (priority and requirement changes / additions).
- Experience in driving well-structured waterfall requirements.
- Experience in coaching common estimation techniques (planning T-shirt level sizing through to time-based estimation).
