**Junior Cook/Cook**

Key Responsibilities:

- Works under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Assist the Chef in food preparation, including washing, cleaning, mixing, peeling, and including cutting. chopping, grinding of vegetables, and batter as required.
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation by the team closely follows recipes and SOP guidelines, and are delivered in accordance with the brand’s appearance/quality standards
- MUST be willing to learn and perform basic cooking duties as instructed.
- Able to handle fast pace environment
- Clean and/or insure the sanitary conditions and operating order of kitchen appliances, equipment, food storage areas, and the kitchen itself.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2-3 years experience in related industry
- Positive and approachable manner
- Kitchen operation oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Teamwork
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and sanitation practices
- Fresh Graduates, no experience are welcomed to apply
