Project Manager

Ask & Embla is seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager for our Product Development Department to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of all our product pipelines, from concept to production. You will work closely with our talented product developers and designers to manage projects efficiently, maintain critical path timelines and budgets, and deliver high-quality, on-brand jewelry and accessories for the brand.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to production launch.
- Collaborate with product designers and developers to translate design concepts into manufacturable products.
- Develop and maintain critical path timelines, and budgets for each product line.
- Oversee sample creation, review, and approval processes.
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to identify and secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage project risks and potential roadblocks, implementing solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the development process.
- Promote open communication and collaboration between all stakeholders involved in product development (design, development, operations, management).
- Track project progress, identify and address issues promptly, and report key metrics to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in alternative fashion jewelry design and production.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to production.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a passion for beautiful jewelry.
