**Overview**
Reporting to the Education and Administrative Director of the Undergraduate Office, you will support development of the Medical Undergraduate Program in NUH by being the main liaison officer for the effective onboarding of Medical students, among other duties.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee, administrate and coordinate Local & Overseas electives for medical students
- Oversee and coordinate all logistics for onboarding of medical students for clinical postings
- Oversee and maintain student lounge and IT assets in the department
- Main Procurement liaison officer for departments hosting medical undergraduate students
- Training of Medical students for IT system
- Collation and Verification of data for billing

**Requirements**:

- General Degree holder
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organised and meticulous, eye for detail
- Enjoys engaging and working with others
- Able to work independently
- A background in healthcare or education is not compulsory but will be helpful
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
